What can I expect from the event? Step into an immersive journey through the city of Pompeii before its final moments. Experience the eruption of Mount Vesuvius, Gladiator Fights, Naumachia Battles, and the Villa of Mysteries in a breathtaking, multi-sensory exhibition.

How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually spend approx. 1.5 hours at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes! The venue offers a self-service restaurant with a selection of:

  • Barista-style coffee, soft drinks, and beers
  • Snacks like nachos, pretzels, and chocolates
  • Warm food such as Currywurst, meatballs, chicken nuggets, and regional specialties

Is there parking available? There are 240 parking spaces available in the adjacent parking lot. Additional public parking options are available nearby.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality? Yes! The VR Experience includes a Gladiator Fight, a Naumachia Battle, and a chariot ride with gladiators. Your ticket includes access to this feature.
Is there a dress code? There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop, with 120 m² of dedicated retail space.

About Tickets

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door? No tickets are available at the door.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

About Access to the Event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next few minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—not even service animals.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Weapons, drugs, self-brought food and drinks, as well as objects that could disturb other visitors are prohibited.
Do you offer carer tickets?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on-site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers.
